What
type of shipping cost/methods does Freis Cavell Designs use?
All Bath and Body Items purchased from Freis Cavell Designs
are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Label
Templates are shipped
electronically via email, or compiled to CD-ROM per your request and
shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Custom label templates,
custom marketing materials, web page designs and/or web page templates
are all delivered on CD-ROM via
USPS Priority Mail. They are NOT available electronically.
Packaging Items are
shipped Ground Service by the United Parcel Service (UPS) ONLY.
USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL - Exclusive to Bath,
Body and Home products. All Bath, Body and Home products shipped USPS
Flat Rate Priority.
The Priority Mail Flat
Rate Box is $8.95 for any U.S. destination and any weight up to a 70 lb.
maximum. This rate should cover most any bath, body and home items that I would need to ship
from FC Designs. So, to you, my customers, welcome to the newest and
most economical shipping offer from Freis Cavell Designs. Please note
the dimensions of a Priority Mail Flat Rate box
are:
11" x 8.5" x 5.5". For large orders
you may be charged actual shipping or your order may be shipped in two
Flat Rate boxes and charged accordingly.
UPS GROUND - Exclusive to Product Packaging purchases.
All shipping costs are calculated separately from your shopping cart
purchase.
All Product
Packaging items are shipped via UPS Ground Service after you've been
notified of the shipping charges and have submitted payment for those
shipping charges. You will be notified via email, after you've checked
out using my shopping cart, of the shipping charges for these items. If
you are paying by credit card you
must reply to this email to authorize these shipping charges (you may
also cancel your product packaging order at this time if you do not
agree with the shipping fees). Once I've received your authorization to
process these shipping charges, your credit card will be processed to
include these additional shipping fees. Please note that the shipping
charges will appear as a separate purchase on your credit card statement
from Freis Cavell Designs. Processing of these orders occur during
regular business days excluding holidays and weekends. Please remember
UPS does not deliver to a post office box, always include your physical
shipping address.
If you are submitting
payment for your Product Packaging items via
Money Order you will be notified via
email the same as if you were purchasing with a credit card as listed
above.
Please remember to include these shipping costs in your money order
total before sending your Money Order. Once your Money Order has been
received your packaging items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
Please remember UPS does not deliver to a post office box, always
include your physical shipping address.
If you are
submitting payment for your
Product Packaging
items via PayPal you will receive an
additional Payment Request for the shipping charges. Once you have
submitted payment through PayPal for these shipping fees your product
packaging items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
Please remember UPS does not deliver to a post office box, always
include your physical shipping address.
MONEY ORDERS - All
items from Freis Cavell Designs may be purchased with a Money Order.
Using a money order as a method of payment for your order will delay the
shipping process.
Money order payments must be received within 1 week of your order
request. When ordering Product Packaging
you will be
notified via email, after you've checked out using my shopping cart, of
the shipping charges for these items.

to include these shipping costs in your money order total before sending

FREE
SHIPPING - Exclusive to Customizable Label Templates.
All Customizable Label Templates
are shipped via email unless you have requested them to be compiled to a
CD-ROM which will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Custom label
templates, custom marketing materials, web page designs and/or web page
templates are all delivered on CD-ROM via USPS Priority Mail. They are
NOT available electronically.
What
are your return policies?
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, they are
non-returnable. I take great care in packaging these items for shipment,
if there is damage to your products upon receipt, please
contact me.
Templates and web page designs are also non-returnable.
Opening FC Designs
CDs or electronic documents indicate your acceptance to abide by the
terms of the
Copyright &
Licensing Agreement. Our CDs are custom burned per each customer's
request and cannot be resold, therefore returns are not an option. In
regard to items shipped electronically via email, there is a strict NO
RETURN policy. I do provide
adequate technical support for my template products however.
What
payment methods do you accept?
Major Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, as well
as Money Orders. When placing
an order using a credit card, you will need your credit card billing
address as well as the 3 digit CIS, CVN or VIN number on the back of the
card. All purchases from FC Designs will appear on your credit card
statement as Freis Cavell Designs.
PayPal
PayPal uses your email address for payment verification. If you do not
already have a PayPal account, you can apply
for one at
www.PayPal.com.
Personal Checks
We do not accept personal checks for online purchases.
Money Orders
