Freis Cavell Designs reserves the right to update products and prices at any time and for any reason. Although we try to keep the content of this web site accurate, updated and current, the products, information, and services available to you through this web site may contain errors and the site may be unavailable at times.

I take great pride in the items I have chosen to sell as quality products. However, I urge you to read all ingredient lists and all instructions, product use and warning labels, and adhere to them.

Also, due to the many different skin types and allergies we assume no liability if skin irritation, rash or any other adverse reaction occurs while using our Bath & Body products. Read our Bath & Body Product Tips page before purchasing our products.

Freis Cavell Designs cannot be held responsible for any Errors, Defects, Lost Profits or other Damages arising from the use of this web site. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of this web site, your concerns are welcomed to be expressed to me at fc@charter.net. Your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using the site.

Product images, descriptions, logos, etc. on this web site are the property of Freis Cavell Designs and may not be copied in any way without the express permission of Freis Cavell Designs.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Your credit card statement will list the name PayPal or Freis Cavell Designs as the billing company.

For your safety and peace of mind in accepting packages at your door, your delivery package will say Freis Cavell Designs or Distribution Center so you can identify the place where you ordered your items.

We currently ship throughout the United States. You will receive the final shipping total in your final email order confirmation.

Freis Cavell Designs' orders are checked 7 days a week. If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. We must have accurate shipping details. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, electronically via email, and by UPS.

Please note that confirmation of your order reflects receipt of your order, not the actual filling of your order.   

No orders will be filled until your charge has been cleared by your payment method and the funds have been transferred to our company account. Any orders that are processed and come up with an error in transaction (incorrect customer information, declined credit card transaction, etc.) will delay your order. An email or notice will be issued as to the reason for the decline or delay.    

When placing an order, make sure you input as much information as possible as to origin and destination. Please double check your information for spelling, correct number location, etc. Orders with incomplete addresses will not be processed.   

Some of our bath and body items are handcrafted fresh to order and depending on the size of your order it may take slightly longer for these items to be created and shipped. Because of this, we must ask you to allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery.   Specifically in the case of our party favors, we ask that you plan ahead. Order your party favors at least a month to 6 weeks in advance to ensure you receive your favors for your special day. So please allow for this time if you are planning to give our products as gifts.   

Shipping charges are currently based on the dollar amount of your purchase. See Shipping FAQs for more information on shipping/handling fees.

We're sorry. At this time, we do not have express shipping.

Privacy Policy:

Any and all information you supply to Freis Cavell Designs will be used for Freis Cavell Designs business only. We do not voluntarily give out or sell information to other companies or media services.

All of your purchases are completely and confidently secure through your PayPal account. I, personally, have no access to your credit card account or banking institutions. If your credit card/banking accounting purchase is declined, PayPal will contact you with specifics regarding this situation .

We do not tolerate "spam." Our addresses are collected from Freis Cavell Design purchases, and our newsletter email list only. We do not use outside sources to acquire addresses. Occasionally, we may send sales bulletins or special sales coupons to our customers.  If you do not wish to receive these mailings, just reply to the mailing with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. Your address will be removed immediately.

Return Policy:

We stand behind all of our products and are proud that they are of the highest quality.

Bath and Body products are made to ensure freshness and are not stocked in large quantities. Because of that and more importantly, for health and hygiene reasons (in regard to the bath items), these items are not returnable.  We do not chargeback to credit cards.

Damaged Goods & Shipping Errors:

We assume no responsibility or liability for products damaged during shipping. We do however take all necessary precautions to see that your order is packaged securely as not to allow damage in shipping. But even with all precautions taken, unfortunately there is always a possibility of damages during shipping. I have found that in all the years that I have received packages via the USPS that I have rarely, if ever, received a damaged product.
