Copyright and Licensing
Agreement
Opening FC Designs™ CDs or electronic documents indicate your acceptance
to abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with these
terms, please return the unopened CD in the original shipping packaging to FC Designs™ for a refund. Once the CD is opened, a refund cannot be given.
In regard to items shipped electronically via email, there is a strict
no return policy.
Artwork: The designs and/or fonts contained in this package or
email are licensed and protected by international copyright laws. These
designs are copyrighted by and licensed to FC Designs™ for commercial
and/or personal use. The use of these labels for anything other than the
purchasers’ personal product labels requires a licensing agreement.
Use in Advertising, Newsletters, & Magazines: Enhancing
advertising and newsletters is allowed with my product label templates.
The legal purchase of the CD or electronic documents is required along
with notification of intent to use my label templates as decorative
illustrations in any magazines. Credit to FC Designs™ with a reference
to http://www.freiscavell.com should be given. Presenting these label
templates as a pattern for artists in a magazine, newsletter, or
advertisement is strictly forbidden.
Product use for resale purposes/product enhancement: The
copyright allows for these label templates to be used on hand-finished
products sold directly to the consumer without any copyright
infringement. The intent here is for the professional crafter/boutiquer
to be able to use these designs to make hand-finished products for
resale.
